The History of RG Designs Ltd. Being from a very artistic family, the owner has been exposed to jewelry design from a very young age. His parents started “Nature’s Studio” in 1970. Nature’s Studio started as a custom jewelry manufacturer and fine art studio. The business further expanded to include Lapidary repair work (stone cutting) for many local jewelry stores, and even lapidary instruction through the local community college. All of which were a large part of the owners childhood, including the creation of his first piece of jewelry at the age of 4. At age 13, on his bicycle, he became the courier service for various stone cutting jobs from area jewelry stores. This in turn led to his first employment opportunity working at one of the local jewelry stores doing polishing and various minor repairs, jewelry design, sales and finally management. After being GIA schooled, the owner branched out on his own to create RG Designs Ltd. RG Designs is a custom design facility specializing in one-of-a-kind original jewelry of the highest quality. We have a wide selection of diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones to provide you with the unique designs you require. In December 2004, RG Designs Ltd was licensed by the HUMMER® Division of General Motors Corporation to produce our line of HUMMER® H1, H2 and H3 merchandise.
